Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Northeast Creator Academy (“NCA”) is operated by Axomize Media, Silchar, Assam. We want every student to feel confident about enrolling. This policy explains your rights regarding refunds, cancellations, and course transfers.

This policy applies to all paid courses, workshops, and mentorship programs offered through ncacademy.in.

2. Refund Policy

Week 1 Full Refund Guarantee

If you enroll in any NCA course and feel it is not the right fit, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided the course has not yet started or you are within the first week of live sessions.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your enrollment and request a refund:

  1. Email hello@ncacademy.in with subject line: “Cancellation Request — [Your Name] — [Batch Number]”
  2. Include your registered phone number and payment transaction ID
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

You may also initiate a cancellation via WhatsApp at +91 84718 25287, but email confirmation is required to complete the process.

4. EMI Cancellations

If you enrolled using a no-cost EMI plan via Razorpay:

  • Refund eligibility follows the same timeline as above
  • Refund amount is calculated on the total amount paid to date
  • Remaining EMI obligations are cancelled upon approved refund
  • EMI processing charges levied by the bank/NBFC are non-refundable by NCA — contact your bank for those

5. Free Workshops

Free workshops carry no fee and are therefore not subject to refund. You may cancel your registration at any time by emailing hello@ncacademy.in or messaging us on WhatsApp.

6. Batch Transfers

If you cannot attend your enrolled batch due to personal reasons:

  • You may request a one-time transfer to the next available batch at no extra cost
  • Transfer requests must be made before Week 3 of your current batch
  • Transfers are subject to seat availability in the next batch
  • Only one transfer per enrollment is permitted

7. Course Cancellation by NCA

In the unlikely event that NCA cancels a batch (e.g., insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability):

  • All enrolled students will receive a full 100% refund
  • Alternatively, students may opt to transfer to the next batch
  • Refunds in this case are processed within 5–7 business days

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • Bank/NBFC EMI processing fees
  • International payment gateway surcharges
  • Enrollments where the student was removed for code of conduct violations

9. Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied or have concerns about the cancellation process, please email hello@ncacademy.in with details. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Silchar, Assam, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
